About the Founder
LifePath Home Services was founded by Shannon Busch, CSW, CDP, Senior Home Safety Specialist, with a passion for helping seniors and families navigate the challenges of aging with dignity, safety, and confidence.
With over 20 years of experience in social services and healthcare-related support, Shannon created LifePath Home Services to bridge the gap between healthcare, home safety, caregiver support, and practical aging-in-place planning. Throughout her career, she witnessed firsthand how many families are forced to make overwhelming decisions during moments of crisis, often without the guidance or support they truly need.
Shannon’s mission is to provide compassionate, personalized guidance that helps older adults remain as independent and comfortable as possible while giving families peace of mind and clarity during important life transitions.
Her professional background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Stockton University, an Associate’s degree in Psychology from Ocean County College, certification as a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), and designation as a Senior Home Safety Specialist.
